This somewhat darker story comes by way of regular reader Typhoon and takes place sometime in the years long after the events of Paradigm Shift, ending with a slight modification to one of the original lead-ins to Creationism. The practical upshot of the time loop is that there’s no reason this couldn’t actually happen in one of the iterations of the loop. He’s also hit on a few small details which I suspect we’ll all be seeing in the canon version of the current loop iteration… :)
