And not the intarweb variety, either!
2 ¼ Cups Flour 1 tsp Baking Soda
1 Cup Butter ¼ Cup Sugar ¾ cup brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 4-serving package Vanilla Pudding (NOT INSTANT)
2 Eggs
12 oz Chocolate Chips
Sift together Flour and Soda.
Separately, Cream butter, sugars, vanilla, and pudding. Beat in eggs.
Add flour mixture.
Stir in chips.
Bake at 375ºF for 8 to 10 minutes.
Nom nom nom.
While it sounds pretty good, it also sounds like a lot of work compared to baking pre-made cookie dough. Or, as I often have done, not bothering with the baking part (Why exactly is frozen cookie dough so good?).
Yum.
I’ll add this to my cook book, along with my home-made low-fat flower tortilla chips.
Delicious.
